WHOLESALE

We are a small business too- so we offer low minimums on opening orders to new retailers. A standard $150 minimum is required for all subsequent wholesale orders, not including shipping cost. We offer FREE DELIVERY to approved Louisville retailers. Monthly minimum orders ($500) are required for zip code exclusivity.

Products or goods purchased from Lendenwood shall only be sold at the suggested retail price (SRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 20% below SRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 20% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to Starks Candle Co and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis. This includes any online retail sales on retailer websites.

All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized resellers will receive 50% off the SRP, plus the cost of shipping if applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Taxes

Request for returns must be made in writing directly to Lendenwood within 7 days of delivery date, please reference the invoice number and detailed reason(s). No returns are acceptable without approval and delivery instructions for shipping. Shipping will be charged. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer. Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it. Custom designs and products are not eligible for returns.

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. All payments are due before orders are shipped. We do offer FREE DELIVERY to all qualified retailers within the Louisville Metro area.

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact Lendenwood within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

Please allow at least 7 days from the time of your order for fulfillment of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact Lendenwood for information about availability.

Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and shown on your invoice. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication. If you wish to cancel any back-order or not have back-orders listed at all, please inform us. Back Orders will be shipped on the same terms as outlined in shipping section above.
